台風１９号

台風１９号は、東日本を中心に広範囲で甚大な被害をもたらしました。ダムの緊急放流や河川の氾濫、崖崩れが相次ぐなど、記録的な大雨となりました。多数の河川で堤防が決壊をし浸水被害が発生しています。多数の死亡者、安否不明者、負傷者が出ており大変心が痛みます。セブ日本人会はお亡くなりになられた方々の御冥福をお祈りするとともに、全ての被災者の皆様に心からお見舞い申し上げます。
The most powerful typhoon to hit Tokyo in decades plowed into northern Japan over the weekend bringing with it fierce rain and wind. Typhoon Hagibis left tremendous damage in large areas further north after blasting through the capital. The Japanese Association Cebu would like to commiserate with those who are affected by serious damage left in the wake of typhoon Hagibis. We further wish to express our deepest condolences to those who lost loved ones in these disasters, and also to express our sympathy to all who were badly affected.
