The Arts Council of Cebu Foundation, Inc. together with Ayala Center Cebu and Cebu Design Week is proud to present Tubô Cebu Art Fair on September 13-15, 2019 at the Activity Center of Ayala Center Cebu. Tubô Cebu Art Fair 2019 is an affordable art fair featuring up-and-coming artists at its core; the festival will also feature talks on art collecting and other arts related topic, a workshop by Leeroy New, an auction of an artwork by James Doran Webb, dance performances, spoken word jams, and demonstrations by local talents all interspersed throughout the three-day event. Join us on the opening day and let’s make Cebu Art GROW!
